He has appeared on the BBC’s One Show, among others, as well as interviews on BBC Radio 4, and LBC radio

He is also a clinical researcher at the Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine, part of University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. To broaden her skillset, she obtained a diploma in Sports Massage.

Georgia is a key team member who looks after the ongoing maintenance treatment plans. Osteopathy is a recognised approach when dealing with degenerative joints. Osteoarthritis is a common skeletal condition which responds well to a dedicated treatment plan at regular intervals.

Jo RICHARDS: clinical pilates therapist

Jo is a clinical Pilates and movement therapist who specialises in injury management and prevention. A Polestar Pilates comprehensive trained teacher, she joined the Polestar education team as a mentor in 2017

Jo has a particular interest in sports injury prevention and performance. She has worked with elite athletes across a range of sporting disciplines, including two seasons with the England Rugby 7s team. As well her interest in sport, she works with a number of different clients with a range of issues, including disc and spine pathologies, shoulder problems, hyper mobility, ankle and knee problems, pre and post hip replacement and pre and post natal. She approaches teaching from an understanding of the body, helping people to find space, alignment and strength, giving them the tools to move more efficiently. Prior to participating in a class you will be thoroughly assessed which will ensure that all your exercises are tailored to your specific needs. This is particularly important for anyone with a history of injuries, as certain exercises may aggravate particular conditions if not completed correctly.
